Returns & Refunds Policy

At THANK GOD FOR PUNK ROCK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind about a product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions described below.

Different rules apply when a product is defective, damaged, or affected by a manufacturing, fabric, or printing issue attributable to us.

1. 14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, or from the date on which a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• have been received within the last 14 days;

• be unused and unworn;

• not have been washed;

• not have been altered or damaged by the customer;

• be returned in its original condition;

• include the original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.

You may inspect and try on clothing as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and fit, but products showing signs of actual use beyond such inspection may not qualify for a full refund, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

3. Change of Mind or Product Not Liked

If you wish to return a product because:

• you changed your mind;

• you do not like the product;

• you ordered the wrong size;

• you prefer a different product or size; or

• there is no defect or error attributable to THANK GOD FOR PUNK ROCK,

the cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment until the product is delivered to us.

4. Defective Products, Fabric or Printing Problems

If the product you receive has a genuine defect attributable to THANK GOD FOR PUNK ROCK, including a properly documented:

• fabric defect;

• manufacturing defect;

• printing defect;

• damaged or incorrectly applied print;

• incorrect product received; or

• other quality issue present when the product was delivered,

we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the defective product.

Your request should include:

• your order number;

• a description of the problem; and

• clear photographs or other reasonable evidence showing the defect.

We may request additional photographs or information where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.

If the problem is confirmed as a defect or error attributable to us, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law, we may offer a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

5. Issues Not Considered Product Defects

Normal characteristics of the product, minor variations that do not affect its conformity, or damage resulting from improper use, washing, handling, storage, or normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper washing, accidental damage, or failure to follow applicable care instructions are not eligible for free return shipping on the basis of a product defect.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

• personalised or custom-made products, where the applicable legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies;

• products that have been worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them;

• products that have been washed;

• products altered or damaged by the customer;

• sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable.

These exclusions do not affect your rights where a product is defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming under applicable consumer protection law.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Please do not send a product back before contacting us if you are claiming that the item is defective or that return shipping should be covered by THANK GOD FOR PUNK ROCK.

For customer-paid returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return has been completed.

8. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the return in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection law.

For valid withdrawals, reimbursement will be made within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, where permitted by law.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

You will not be charged additional fees by THANK GOD FOR PUNK ROCK for receiving the refund.

Where applicable under consumer law, the original standard delivery cost will also be reimbursed. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.

If you would like a different size or product, please contact us at info@thankgodforpunkrock.it.

Availability of replacement products or sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Where the exchange is requested solely because of personal preference or an incorrectly selected size, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Where the exchange is necessary because of a confirmed defect or an error attributable to THANK GOD FOR PUNK ROCK, we will cover the applicable shipping costs in accordance with this policy.
